A Branded Customer Experience

A Branded Customer Experience

Retailers can have their logos and brand colors displayed on the Airmee platform and use it as an extension of their customers' shopping experience. Some UI components can be customized to reflect those colors while everything else is neutral - black, grey and white. This avoids color clashes and promotes consistency in the users' experience, independently of the retailer.

The logo at the bottom of the screens reminds users in an unintrusive way that their delivery is fulfilled by Airmee, not the retailer.

This reminder will hopefully help customers decide to use Airmee again when buying from other retailers.

Custom Icons and Gamification Badges

Custom icons were created to illustrate not only generic concepts like the 'location pin', but also project-specific concepts like 'leave item outside the door', 'floor number' and 'ring or knok on the door'.

The gamification badges help users rate their experiences. They are one of the few items in the UI whose colors are not neutral. This is because having them in grayscale would feel too blend and uninteresting. Insted, their colors come from an early version of Airmees' branding (for historical reference) and
since we're not using colors often thoughout the UI, these badges really stand out as something special.
